Delivery

Orders are sent out after payment has been received & cleared mostly within within 1-3 working days for ready-made lampshades. 

Bespoke and custom made lampshade orders usually take between 1-2 weeks. 

Please note that during busy & public holiday periods, your item may take a bit longer. 

We use Royal Mail's Sto post out all of my orders. All my lampshades are sent out using their tracked & or signed for services. 

PACKAGING 
We use eco-friendly packaging to wrap my products. All are recyclable and reusable.
Lampshades
We use bio-degradable cellophane wrapping & brown kraft paper to protect all lampshades & post them out in double walled cardboard boxes. Sometimes the boxes are recycled ones but I always ensure that they are clean & fit for use. 
Smaller items
We use acid-free tissue paper, brown kraft paper, paper tape
(Re the glass candle holders - we may use recycled bubble wrap, in addition, to protect them ). 

N.B. EUROPE
At the moment we have suspended shipping to EU countries due to the new BREXIT rules which came into effect 1st July 2021.
